My first morning of the new year waking up at 5am. The Mister and I got our workout in and now my legs feel a little like jello. Hahaha! That’s what I get for taking three months off from any exercise routine. I am not a healthy minded person by nature so it can be hard to motivate myself. Some days I’m like, “Yeah! I’m gonna work out! I’m going to eat salads! I’m going to be skinny!” And then the next day I think, “I’d rather drink soda and be happy.” But I am committed to this! I want my kids to grow up healthy and I know that’s got to start with the Mister and me.
So any way, jello legs, my Bible study, chai tea and baked eggs! (I love baked eggs. I will be sharing the super simple recipe later.)
5am is not that bad.
